Q. HOW DO I CLAIM MY ACHIEVEMENT? I SPENT OVER $300 IN PRODUCT LAST MONTH.
A. Once you hit the Achievement, a clickable "Redeem Link" will be displayed underneath the Pie Chart. Simply click the link which will send us an email, telling us that you're claiming your prize! One of us will then deposit the money into your account!
Q. WHAT IF I DON'T CLAIM IT? DOES IT EXPIRE?
A. Like any earned prize, you must claim it to receive it. Without claiming your prize, it will be forfeited. You will have 30 days (or anytime the following month) to claim your prize. That's more than enough time to claim free money!
Q. CAN YOU GIVE ME AN EXAMPLE ON HOW TO CLAIM IT?
A. Sure. Let's say that you earned the achievement prize in the month of February, meaning you spent more than $300 on products in February. You will automatically see a link to REDEEM your prize, but if you miss it, then simply email us anytime before the end of March 31st and say, "I would like to claim my achievement for February!" We will take care of the rest!
Q. WHAT HAPPENS AT THE END OF THE MONTH IF I DON'T EARN THE ACHIEVEMENT?
A. Each and every month, the achievement values will be reset back to zero. This happens on the 1st of each month, allowing you to start again with a new start.
Q. CAN I CARRY OVER MY VALUES TO THE NEXT MONTH?
A. No, each month is a fresh new start. This allows people to earn the achievement up to twelve times per year (for a total value of $360 back in credit).
Q. HOW WILL I GET THE CREDIT?
A. When you contact us
to claim your prize, we will give you free +30 Reward Points into your account. These points can be deducted off future orders in our store. To read more about Reward Points, click here
Q. DOES SHIPPING AND TAX COUNT TOWARDS THE $300 ACHIEVEMENT?
A. No, they do not. We only factor in how much you spend out of pocket on "actual products". A $50 purchase with $5.00 in shipping will earn you $50 towards the achievement (even though you paid $55.00 for the order). That's because you don't earn achievement rewards on shipping or tax.
Q. WHAT IF I USE REWARD POINTS ON MY ORDER? HOW DOES THAT WORK TOWARDS MY ACHIEVEMENT?
A. While you can use reward points to deduct money off your order, we only look at how much new money is spent when calculating your monthly achievement.
For example, let's say you're purchasing a $50.00 item, and you have five (5) reward points that you are applying to the order. That means your new total is now only $45.00 (because you deducted -$5.00 in reward points). So we will take that $45.00 figure (the amount you spent on products) and add it to your achievement chart for the month.
Q. I JUST MADE A PURCHASE BUT MY ACHIEVEMENT PROGRESS DIDN'T CHANGE.
A. You must be logged into your account in order for the purchase to be counted. In other words, during the checkout process, do NOT checkout as a guest. Be sure to checkout as a returning customer.
You will know if you're logged into your account because you will see the Monthly Achievement graphic on the right hand side of the menu. If you don't see this Monthly Achievement sidebox, then you are NOT logged in!
If you accidentally made a purchase without logging into your account (meaning you checked out as a guest account), you may contact us
with your order number and we can update your account manually with the purchase achievement amount.
