A spectator mentally chooses a full meal from an extensive menu consisting of a wide range of starters, main courses and desserts from seven different countries. She also chooses a wine from a list of five. The magician / mentalist apparently reads the spectator's mind and then tells her exactly what food she has chosen and then goes on to show how the spectator was secretly and subliminally influenced. The magician then demonstrates that the chosen wine had been impossibly predicted well in advance.
