Chop Cup by Tex Austin - White Magic Style
The White Magic cup is made to the same exacting
standards as the other cups by Austin. The cup sports a white lace and is
painted white with gold trim. It is either lined with fine upholstery leather or
white satin. Diamond dust glitter is added to the first coat of lacquer.
The cup comes with a pair of chop cup balls and one final load glow in the dark eyeball.
You also get access to a special, secret forum on the MJM Magic Message Board, where you will be able to talk and interact with the creator of these cups, Tex Austin himself! This forum is a great resource to ask questions and improve your handling for a world class chop cup performance!
About Austin Cups:
All
of the Austin chop cups are hand made. Each is about 2.5 inches (6cm)
tall. Each has an inside mouth diameter of about 1.75 inches (4.5 cm).
Each
cup is painstakingly made from scratch. They are cut from a sheet of
heavy cowhide. After that they are hand carved and tooled by Tex Austin
himself. They are lined either in fine upholstery leather or in satin.
Finally
they are hand laced around the top and bottom and have several coats of
lacquer applied. Two of the styles have diamond dust glitter embedded
in the lacquer.
You simply can not buy a chop cup made with more
care. Austin makes every single one as if he were making them for
himself. He uses the finest quality materials that he can find and cuts
no corners - anywhere.
All of the cups share some characteristics:
- The
cups have an offset magnet allowing the magician to tilt the cup
towards the spectator and the ball appears quite naturally over towards
the side.
- The magnet is carefully aligned with the seam of the cup so that the magician always knows where it is.
- The magnet is also placed at the stem of the rose that is imprinted on the top.
- The pattern on the cup is unique from cup to cup. It is drawn freehand with each cup.
- The cups can be personalized with an initial.
Remember, these are UNIQUE, ONE OF A KIND
chop cups. No two are the same, so you can pride yourself in knowing
that you are purchasing the only cup of its kind with Tex Austin
products!
