Having Problems Accessing Your Downloads?

This page will cover all the possible issues you may be having with accessing your download purchases.

CHROME USERS: If you are using the Chrome Browser and are having issues, please make sure that you Enable Flash before continuing.  You can see how to enable it here.


*** Problem #1: You are logged into your account, but when you go to your Downloads Area, it's saying that you are not logged in.

If you are logged into your account, you should see "Logout" and "My Account" on top of our website:

But when you click "My Downloads Area", you may sometimes see the following screen asking you to log in again:

If that is happening for you (meaning you are logged in AND still seeing the above screen), then try this:

  • Refresh the Downloads Area page (by hitting the F5 key on a computer, or the refresh button on a mobile device).  That will usually fix most problems.
  • Log out of your MJM Magic account and then log back in. 
  • Make sure you're using the correct account.   If you have multiple accounts, you might be logging into the wrong one.
  • Contact Us if these options don't fix your problem and we will investigate further.

****  Problem #2: You go to Your Downloads Area but you're being shown a second login form that looks like this?

If you're logged into your account but you are being presented with a second login form on Your Downloads page, then the problem is with your web browser preventing you from being automatically logged in.

If this is happening with you, we recommend you try with a different web browser to see if that fixes your issue.  For example, if you are using Internet Explorer, then try to log-in using Firefox or Google Chrome.   Switching browsers will fix this issue 100% of the time, and it's proof that the original issue was with a setting on your browser.

If you don't want to adjust your web browser security settings to fix this issue, you also always Contact Us and we can give you the secret "second" password to log into that second area.  (NOTE: By design, you should never have to login a second time.......but this is something that happens when your web browser has too high of a security setting.   So if you don't try using a different web browser to access the files, then email us for the second secret password if you're being presented with the second login area.)


****  Problem #3: You are not seeing your most recent download purchase.

If you're not seeing a recent download that you purchased, try this:

  • Refresh the page (hit the F5 key on a computer, or the refresh button on a mobile device).
  • Log out of your MJM Magic account and then log back in. 
  • Make sure you're using the correct account.   If you have multiple accounts, you might be logging into the wrong one.
  • Contact Us if these options don't fix your problem and we will investigate further.

****  Problem #4: You are trying to log into your account but you don't know your password.

If you can't even log into your account, then contact us and tell us.   Chances are you need your password reset, which you can do here (click) or we can do it for you.


****  Problem #5: I can log into my account, but I can't find my downloads area.

First, be sure you are clicking the right place.   You must click the TIPPY TOP of our website where it says "My Downloads Area", or click here: https://www.mjmmagic.com/store/page_2.html

If you are doing that and there is a blank page (where your downloads should be), then you may have an issue with the Flash Video Player.

This website uses the FLASH Video Player to display the videos for you to access.   If you don't have it installed, then you may run into issues.

SO BEFORE DOING ANYTHING ELSE, CLICK THIS LINK TO MAKE SURE FLASH IS INSTALLED ON YOUR COMPUTER:

IF IT'S NOT, THEN TRY INSTALLING IT FIRST TO SEE IF THAT FIXES YOUR ISSUES.   OTHERWISE, CONTINUE BELOW TO SEE IF YOU HAVE ANY OF THESE SPECIFIC PROBLEMS:


****  Problem #6: Your a new customer and you don't see your Download that you just purchased.

All first-time customer downloads are manually approved by our staff during regular business hours.   Rest assured that if you're a first-time customer and you purchased your file anytime between 8:00am and 9:00pm PST, you should get an email confirming your access within 10 minutes of purchase.

If you are having any trouble accessing or seeing your downloads, please Contact Us and we will investigate further for you.

NOTE: Some devices like iPhones or iPads may not allow direct file saving to the device.
