Good customer support and communication are an absolute must when purchasing effects and gimmicks, for all the obvious reasons. MJM have it all covered. In my experience communication was fast, friendly and so honest as to talk me out of one of their products. This above all else impressed me the most. I would highly recommend dealing with MJM.

I don't even consider shopping anywhere else for magic. The customer service I get here from MJM is worth every single penny. I have zero worries or concerns about my order, and all of my questions are quickly answered! Their prices are lower or matching any other competitor I've seen, but I'd be willing to pay more just because of the peace of mind I have shopping here. Seriously, thanks MJM Magic.

I had been looking for a specific deck of cards and MJM Magic seemed to be the only magic shop stocking these in the world from a quick google search. I emailed them and despite being in another country Brandi went and took a look at the cards and described to me exactly what was in the pack.
Sadly it was not quite right for the effect I was working on but even so I was very impressed with the response!
