I recently sent MJM Magic a comment about pricing and why in some cases MJM Magic's prices are higher than other vendor sites. Although I stated that a response was not required, the CEO (Jeff Mash) took a great deal of time to explain the business model of MJM Magic vs. the other sites. It was very enlightening and it was obvious that he wanted to make sure I understood his basis for pricing and what options are available to me with regard to price matching. It isn't often that you get a personal response from the OWNER of a company and even more rare that the CEO will take the time and effort to explain the business' model. It is obvious that Mr. Mash takes customer satisfaction very seriously. I appreciated the response and the education and will use MJM Magic more often as a result. Thank you Jeff.

I continue to be impressed with the personable attention I receive from the staff of MJM, especially the hospitality of Jeff Mash. My experience has been that such courtesy begins at the highest levels of management, which makes me believe that Mr. Ammar is truly a nice guy (though we've never met), and very astute about keeping his audience satisfied and in good spirits. Thanks for keeping your customers informed, offering quality merchandise, and for supporting the human touch of kindness and respect to make everyone feel welcome. MJM continues to be "a class act".
