When life came at me fast I was forced to take a break from performing. Nine months later I'm ready to get back in the game so I stop by MJM Magic to pick up a few things and I find that the service provided is the same as it was the last time I shopped here- Great! Keep up the good work MJM (although no one really NEEDS to tell you that because you do it anyway). Thanks again!

I recently came across MJM and looked at some items. The selection was pretty large. I mean 1 item I wanted had over 20 to choose from and the price??? I have NEVER seen this item for so little. I thought ," Oh great it is going to be some crappily made junk but... I took a chance, I got it. Sure enough when I got it it was NOT what I wanted. I went back to the site ready for battle. I looked carefully at what I ordered and OOOOPS. It is what it said it is. I made the mistake. NOT MJM. I wrote.I explained I thought it was the different model.They got back to me. THE SAME DAY!!! THAT is unheard of. He took the time to explain to me that the one I wanted was more expensive. Ithought, " oh great here we go".
Jeff went on to explain not only would he be happy to exchange my item for the one I wanted but for the same price. Unheard of! I will shop here from now on period. Thank you for you great Cust serv. Your went above & beyond.

I placed a recent order with a well known on-line magic company. I did this because they offered an incredible deal on a new line of magic they are now selling. I saved $$$ BUT the frustration I had to deal with from their poor customer service, and lack of communication, made the savings vanish. Not only that, but I had to pay for the return postage on a defective item! The moral of this is: You get what you pay for. By ordering from MJM you are promised to get consistent, first-class, quality customer service and communication. I will no longer fall victim to "advertised" deals from other companies.

I purchased a fairly large package from MJM, and had many questions about the free shipping, all of witch were answered within 4 hours! When I did receive my package, however, one of the items was slightly different than what I ordered, so Jeff refunded me half of the price of the item as an apology for that, and also explained that the item I did order was no longer available from the producer, so a substitution was made to meet my needs, ensuring I got everything I ordered. MJM Magic truly has better customer service than any brick and mortar magic shop I have ever been in! MJM Magic has earned yet another customer for life.

Jeff, and his excellent team, provide remarkable first-class, personal customer service. Other stores take notice!!! Just got my order in- so FAST...they help me out with all my decisions & questions- how do they find the time??? I highly recommend MJM Magic for all your magical needs!!!
