It's been a year since I logged into the MJM site, and my email address had changed. I also had a $7 credit on my old account. Not being able to login, I contacted Jeff, and he verified the credit due me, even though my account had been inactive for over a year! He transferred the credit due me to my new account. Nice personal and prompt service.

I have sent an inquiry to MJM about some item that I want to order and I was surprised how fast they have answered. But not only fast, I have sent them a second and a third question for further clarification, and their answers were not just "yes" or "no", they have provided everything that I wanted to know, and again - very fast, as though I am their only customer. Thank you!

I had previously ordered a product from another vendor for an upcoming event, and USPS lost the package, leaving me scrambling to get a replacement item delivered in a matter of days. I found MJM Magic while looking for a retailer that would give you non-USPS shipping options, and the fact that the website lists product availability and delivery estimates was a big help in choosing an item that could get to me by my deadline. When I had questions, Jeff Mash responded right away and helped get the shipping sorted out so that I could ensure I'd get my package on time. Lifesaver in a stage prop emergency, really appreciate it!

MJM Magic is my one stop shop! As P.T. Barnum would say, "There's something for everyone". Props, magic items, mentalism, DvD's , books, downloads, Ebooks, gags, etc. Best of all, FREE SHIPPING. I had ordered a trick and when it showed up, it had instructions for a different trick. My first thought was, "Wow, this is going to be pain to resolve, if it is EVER resolved." Typically, when you have issues after buying something online, it can be such a hassle. Man, was I wrong!! The next day I received an email with a PDF of the correct instructions. Lucky Me!! Two tricks for the price of one! Thanks for making it easy MJM!
