Wow! I'm writing yet another testimonial but it's rightly deserved! Jeff and his incredible staff always have the time to promptly answer all my questions, which I'm sure other companies would view as annoyances. Only by asking questions about an effect am I able to make an intelligent decision about the it- does it fit into my show, plays to what type audience, is there something else I didn't consider, etc.,etc.,etc.
Keep it up! I'd be lost without you!

Thanks for the great help in placing my order for the Blades card decks. When going to PayPal and back, I wasn't sure my order had gone thru. My contacts with you were immediately answered by email. I couldn't believe how fast you responded. Thanks Much

I always order from MJM Magic but made the mistake of ordering from a well known magic company which runs constant sales of up to 60% off, thinking I would save money. Going to this other magic site has cost me more than any savings in both time and money. I placed an order on 8/16 with them and they still have not replaced a defective item. There latest response was:
"... What I would ask of you is to test the DVD you have on a computer, not a DVD player. While it doesn’t happen frequently, sometimes DVDs are formatted so that they have to play on a computer (why makers would do this I don’t know!). Please check this…we need make sure so we can avoid sending another replacement if it won’t play on your equipment..." Can you imagine that???
This would not happen at MJM Magic. Jeff and his team have incredible customer service (and prices!), and any "problem" would not take a month to resolve.

When life came at me fast I was forced to take a break from performing. Nine months later I'm ready to get back in the game so I stop by MJM Magic to pick up a few things and I find that the service provided is the same as it was the last time I shopped here- Great! Keep up the good work MJM (although no one really NEEDS to tell you that because you do it anyway). Thanks again!

I recently came across MJM and looked at some items. The selection was pretty large. I mean 1 item I wanted had over 20 to choose from and the price??? I have NEVER seen this item for so little. I thought ," Oh great it is going to be some crappily made junk but... I took a chance, I got it. Sure enough when I got it it was NOT what I wanted. I went back to the site ready for battle. I looked carefully at what I ordered and OOOOPS. It is what it said it is. I made the mistake. NOT MJM. I wrote.I explained I thought it was the different model.They got back to me. THE SAME DAY!!! THAT is unheard of. He took the time to explain to me that the one I wanted was more expensive. Ithought, " oh great here we go".
Jeff went on to explain not only would he be happy to exchange my item for the one I wanted but for the same price. Unheard of! I will shop here from now on period. Thank you for you great Cust serv. Your went above & beyond.
