I'm giving this one a 3 only because the person who is presenting the DVD is going soooooooo fast it's like he doesn't want to be bothered by spending the time explaining the effect to you. If you make a DVD make it useful, otherwise why bother. I'm sure after countless re-watches I'll get this one down- it does look very appealing to me.
