This effect is fun to learn and to show. The DVD has great instructions for both a simple and more advanced handling.

What I really appreciate about Sankey is that he explains the psychological underpinnings of the effect to help make it more convincing. He even details how to hold the washers you use, to make it look more fair.

If you're looking for a fun effect that you can use after a few days of practice, and continue to grow with, I'd suggest this one.
