The spectator is asked to choose between a red deck and a blue deck of cards. Let's pretend they chose the blue deck. The blue deck is placed inside their pocket (or handed to a friend to hold) until later.

The red deck is slowly spread between your fingers as the spectator is asked to merely think of any card they see. Keep in mind this is a 100% completely free choice!

Without ANY funny moves the card completely vanishes!

Quick – check those discarded cards from earlier. Yep – it's the selections!!

Open Assembly – you have all seen the classic Four Ace Assembly. Well, NOT like this! No extra cards and a killer ending that will have magicians fighting with punters to retrieve their jaws from the floor.

Reversal Of Fortune - This is the only non card item on the menu, and what a feast it is. Four Coins and only two cards are used. Basically, the coins vanish one at a time and reappear under one of the cards until all four coins are under the 'leader' card... or are they? Just when you think the routine is over, all four coins instantaneously appear back where they started. And all without any cover other than the two cards.

Immediate Ace Spelling – The spectator shuffles the deck. Very cleanly and slowly the magician deals down cards spelling out 'Ace Of Diamonds'. The last card dealt is indeed the Ace Of Diamonds. The magician then repeats this for the Ace Of Spades and the Ace Of Clubs. For the Ace Of Hearts, the spectator deals the cards out HIMSELF!

Hotel Mystery – a fantastic 'story' plot that builds to a cheeky climax. It's easy, it's engaging and it'll make you look suave.

Discrepancy Assembly - a Four Ace Assembly, but this time only using four kings and three indifferent cards. Think of it as an Ace Assembly with an eating disorder.

Flight Path – four Aces, signed by the spectator, vanish one at a time only to re-appear in the performer's pocket. This is a mountain of magic in five minute slot. If this was the only effect you performed all night, you'd STILL be the talk of the town.

Triola - three spectators each choose a card (or one person can select all three cards if that's your bag). Two Kings are now used to find the selections. 1. Slow Motion Aces
   
   The four aces are dealt to the table. Three indifferent cards are added to each ace. One by one the Aces leap from their individual packets to join the ‘leader’ Ace on the first packet. Ok - you might be familiar with this plot, but George’s handling is a veritable FEAST of magic. You are learning sooooo much more than a routine. Master this and you’ll be learning multiple palming, second dealing, the push off double deal, the pushoff move and the gamblers cop!!
   
2. ‘Purse Frame Coin Production
   
   A ‘bagless’ purse frame reveals itself it to be home to four coins. This routine will teach you move after move and is the PEFECT lead in to any four coin routine!
   
3. ‘Coins Across’
   
   One at a time four coins mysteriously travel from one hand to other. As the fourth coin appears to jump over, your audience will be left shellshocked when it transpires that the other three have rejoined their erstwhile colleague!
   
4. 2 Card Transpo
   
   An impromptu masterpiece. A borrowed, shuffled deck is taken and the top card displayed. It is cleanly cut, face-up, into the centre of the deck. The bottom card is now shown. With nary a move the original top card is shown to be on the bottom of the deck, and the original bottom card is now face up in the centre of the pack.
   
5. ‘Spellbound’
   
   A copper coin repeatedly turns silver and then back to copper. This is a beautiful routine, carried out at the fingertips, which ends clean and will leave your audience slack-jawed!
   
6. ‘The Bounce Change’
   
   A copper coin, displayed at the fingertips, is cleanly bounced from hand to hand. Apparently in mid-air it transforms into a silver coin!! This looks like REAL MAGIC!
   
7. Coins to Glass
   
   Four coins and a glass are displayed. One at a time the coins leap impossibly into the glass. This is pure visual magic and a masterclass in routining.
   
8. Thinking of Koran
   
   A genuinely unknown card is ‘oh-so-fairly’ lost in the deck. The magician can have NO IDEA what it is or where it is. Yet after simply weighing the deck for a second, he announces a number – the position the thought of card lies at in the deck. This is in the miracle class!
   
9. ‘Merlins Lost Ace Trick’
   
   The four aces and twelve indifferent cards are cleanly displayed. The aces are dealt face down onto the table, and the spectator adds three indifferent cards to each ace. The spectator then chooses one of the packets. In a flash all four aces have jumped to the selected packet.
   
10. ‘George’s Favourite False Cut’
    
    An amazing, full deck control false cut. It’s easy, it’s beautiful, and it will go straight into your repertoire.

It didn't. It's the OTHER signed card! The one that should have been in the spectators' wallet. And when they look in their pocket they find the first signed card! Then they faint!

A one-handed, insanely visual, cover free version of Roy Walton's Card Warp!

Sigillum Diaboli is not only a trick title that'll win you a game of Scrabble, it is also the most VISUAL twist on the classic Roy Walton Card Warp routine in existence!

Imagine taking a selected card and having it signed. You then draw a mysterious sign onto the selection - the "Sigillum Diaboli" or the Mark of the Devil - explaining how it will cause the playing card to reveal its 'true colours'.

And indeed it does! Visually, and with the card held at the finger tips of a single hand, the card turns INSIDE OUT, with half of it face up and half face down!

Almost instantly, the card completely turns face up, while again just held in one hand!

"What a delight! The two routines I loved the most were "coin bending #1" as well as "transposition". Both of them combine multiple levels of deceit and the result is very visual, mysterious and, to be honest, I like them the most because they are rather quick, impressive and as Tamariz used to say "it leads the mind of laymen to continuous dead-ends" while trying to "solve" the mystery. Voila!... Some other routines, like coin to glass and coin to matchbox don't exactly fit my style but their characteristics tempt me to try them because again they are very visual and will hit hard the audience. The basic move is not alone - alternatives of the basic move as well as some other nice moves and subtleties make the DVD very complete and concise. And if you, like me, chase like mad routines where you end clean, then again Bingo - all moves enable you to do that and you won't regret it. Now, the video quality is indeed an MTV one which puts some energy into it and some people will like (especially younger people) while some other may not (so they will get a bit dizzy while watching it!). But, as a Mentalist, my interest has to go with the Coin Bend.

I like some of the subtleties with the signature of the coin (actually I have used something like that myself for long time) and I like how the "move" is clean, quick and, for all purposes, undetectable.

As already posted by someone else, the very basic move is not the only one you will get. There are other alternative moves and all of those have their time and place.

Imagine being able to perform Labelled but in a situation where the bottle is already in view and viewable from ALL angles. The bottle can also be produced from a silk if wanted. You sign the label and with a little shake the penetration occurs with no cover, yes, the spectator clearly sees the label penetrate the side of the bottle! An amazing super clean penetration of a signed coin to a crispes bag. You borrow a coin which they sign. You hand them a crispes bag

The most INSANELY VISUAL penetration of a signed card through a sealed bottle is now released on it's own.

A deck of cards is introduced and a card is selected and signed across it's face. This is then replaced back into the deck and the deck is shuffled by the spectator. The magician then takes two rubber bands from his pocket and asks the spectator to wrap them around the deck so he can do anything sneaky with misdirection. The magician then shows the glass bottle around on all sides and removes any large labels so you can see right through the bottle. Then the rubber bands are given back to the magician and the spectator holds the deck ready to throw it at the bottle. The magician holds the bottle with one hand on top of the bottle and one hand at the bottom. The spectator then throws the cards at the bottle and the magician 'catches' one of the cards IN THE BOTTLE! Inside the bottle the signed selection is immediately seen swirling around, the bottle still being sealed, of course!

Glastion really is that visual! This has to be the most amazing way to perform this effect, just how Nefesch's brain managed to spew this out for us all to enjoy is a mystery in itself!

You borrow a normal egg from a spectator, who signs it with a permanent pen. Then you borrow a coin and also have it signed by the spectator. Now you proceed to put the signed egg and signed coin together and without making any funny or weird movements. The coin visually penetrates the egg and goes through its shell!. It all happens right before the eyes of the spectator. The egg is now shown all around completely intact, with no scratches or holes. Your hands are shown both sides, all angles are totally clean, you are not hiding or palming the coin, it really has 'melted' into the egg! You prove it by slowly and gently breaking the egg into a glass. The coin doesn't just appear to fall into the glass, it visually coming out from the inside of the egg while it is being opened! If you prefer, you can let spectator open the egg himself, and take out the signed coin from inside of it!

No! This is totally visual and happens right in front of their eyes! No funny movements or unnatural actions, just impossible close up magic in its purest form!

TAROT FOLD TOLD

An ungimmicked Tarot Deck is shown and given to anyone to shuffle.
Four people are invited to come forward. They remove the top five cards from the shuffled Tarot Deck and arrange them face up on a table in any order. They do this while you are across the room and CAN NOT SEE THE CARDS. Each person is asked to just think of one of the cards.
They say nothing and write nothing down. Everyone could be thinking of the same card or each person could be thinking of a different card. It makes no difference.

You start to get impressions of animals and ask anyone who is thinking of a card that has an animal on it, to close his eyes and see the animal moving in his mind. Next you get impressions of people and ask those who are thinking of a card with people on it to close their eyes and visualize the person talking. Several cards on the table may have animals in them and people. Some cards may just be symbols.

The spectators say nothing, you do no fishing. They just close their eyes and concentrate. You walk over and pick up the five cards and immediately hand the thought-of card to each person. You are 100% correct! No chance of failure.

Nothing to memorize, no complex formula's. All you need is a Tarot Deck. The principle can be applied to most any Tarot Deck. It appears the participants had a free choice of five cards from a shuffle tarot deck, that one of them shuffles!

NO TOUCH ACAAN

A red deck UNCASED is on the table. A blue deck is shown and given a real shuffle by the performer. A person selects a card from the deck in his own hands. There is NO FORCE. The choice is free and the magician does NOT touch the deck during the selection. In fact, the magician doesn't even have to see or know the card. Read that again.
The person selects a card that is REALLY unknown to you! He shows it to the audience. If he doesn't like the card, he can replace it and select another card, no kidding!

To ensure a random number, he counts the cards left in his hand after cutting off blocks. He counts the cards aloud. There is no force, you have no idea how many cards he will have in his hands. Assume he selected the four of clubs and the number of cards left in his hand are 22.

Another person picks up the red deck which you have NOT TOUCHED and counts down from the top to the 22nd card. He always counts from the top face down. The card at position 22 is the 4 of Clubs. Baffling beyond words, and get this, NO SLEIGHTS, no math, no formulas to remember. Believe it or not, this is self-working. ULTRA-Clean. No gimmicks, just use any two decks.

TELL TELL WATER

Performer talks of the research being done in Japan with water. He further comments that current research suggests that water can be influenced by our emotions, words and thoughts. In fact a movie based on this is coming out soon, and there are several best selling books on the subject. Many people in your audience will be familiar with all this.

You offer to demonstrate. You show a clear and empty half gallon glass jug and also a pitcher of water. You have a person select a card (NO FORCE) and commit it to memory.

You say, "Let's see if the water will react to certain words." You hold the inverted glass jug over the pitcher. You ask the lady to think of her card. You say RED, and nothing happens, this is repeated a few times. You say BLACK and water gushes forth, You yell RED and the water stops completely! Say BLACK again, and the water gushes.

"Let's try the suits," you explain. You name all 4 suits and the water gushes forth when the right suit is named and stops when a wrong suit is named. Finally, you try it with values, and when the correct value of the card (say a 4) is named, the water gushes forth. When wrong it stops.

Finally you call off a random card and nothing happens, then you say the name of the card selected AND THE WATER GUSHES FORTH UNTIL THE JUG IS EMPTY!
