I felt so compelled to write something here because as a professional magician I have my show set, but like many of you like to see new things and new products.
I recently bought Smokey magic and was not impressed with the amount of "Smoke" produced from the product.
I emailed Customer Service here and explained my problem.
They took care of it and now I'm getting my money back (70%, due to restocking fees and they won't be able to sell it again).
I am very, very happy with that!
To see a company (besides Costco, haha) stand behind their products is few and far between!
