I recently ordered Butter Coin by Alex Lourido. When it came I was horrified to see I had gotten a defective product. I contacted MJM, and they were extremely helpful. Not only did they replace my coin, but they opened it and inspected it first to make sure I didn't recieve another lemon. Then it was sent to me by first class mail.
