The quality of service is really amazing. MJM provides excellent shipment to Russia also (I had troubles with other shops). Once I had a mix-up in my orders and received one type of sharpie instead of requested one. But this mistake was fixed in my following order I received required sharpie for free.
I think that how shops works in unusual situations and solves problems is the most important factor.
