I recently purchased and received my order in 7 days ( yep I'm from Australia and that delivery time is amazing) and thought one of my tricks was faulty so I contacted customer service. It wasn't faulty at all, I was. I received feedback within 24 hours and realized my mistake. All tricks were as described and I am very happy with the lot
