I purchased a fairly large package from MJM, and had many questions about the free shipping, all of witch were answered within 4 hours! When I did receive my package, however, one of the items was slightly different than what I ordered, so Jeff refunded me half of the price of the item as an apology for that, and also explained that the item I did order was no longer available from the producer, so a substitution was made to meet my needs, ensuring I got everything I ordered.
