I placed a recent order with a well known on-line magic company. I did this because they offered an incredible deal on a new line of magic they are now selling. I saved $$$ BUT the frustration I had to deal with from their poor customer service, and lack of communication, made the savings vanish. Not only that, but I had to pay for the return postage on a defective item! The moral of this is: You get what you pay for. By ordering from MJM you are promised to get consistent, first-class, quality customer service and communication. I will no longer fall victim to "advertised" deals from other companies.
