Going elsewhere was a nightmare!

I always order from MJM Magic but made the mistake of ordering from a well known magic company which runs constant sales of up to 60% off, thinking I would save money. Going to this other magic site has cost me more than any savings in both time and money. I placed an order on 8/16 with them and they still have not replaced a defective item. There latest response was:
"... What I would ask of you is to test the DVD you have on a computer, not a DVD player. While it doesn’t happen frequently, sometimes DVDs are formatted so that they have to play on a computer (why makers would do this I don’t know!). Please check this…we need make sure so we can avoid sending another replacement if it won’t play on your equipment..." Can you imagine that???
This would not happen at MJM Magic. Jeff and his team have incredible customer service (and prices!), and any "problem" would not take a month to resolve.
