I ordered the Ultimate Wild Card trick and was disappointed that they sent the Joker/5 Hearts version, so I e-mailed Jeff. He kindly offered to exchange the trick for one he had in stock which was the Queen spades/9Hearts version. We exchanged a few e-mails, and Jeff was VERY helpful. I liked the trick so much that I ended up buying the other one also. Now I have both versions, and a great respect for MJM and their customer service. Thanks very much for a good shopping experience.
