Just Imagine by Jay Sankey

 

A mind-blowing mentalism routine!

A small pay envelope is placed on the table. The spectator shuffles and cuts the cards and FREELY chooses which half will be "used in the experiment." A card is selected from the chosen half (and again - it is a truly FREE choice!)

The spectator is then asked to merely THINK of one of four common symbols: a triangle, square, star, or circle.

Finally, the spectator chooses one of five "different colored invisible magic markers" (and again - it is a truly FREE choice!) and is asked to imagine the face of the selected card and "draw the chosen shape in the chosen color on the face of the selection."

The performer picks up the tabled pay envelope for examination. The card is turned over. Unbelievably, it matches the selection and on the face of the card is the chosen symbol drawn in the chosen color!!

There is just something so special about a terrific mentalism effect. Those little moments that make the spectators believe you have true psychic powers. Usually, with most of even the best mentalism effects though, there is only 1 surprise. A single prediction impossibly derived. With Just Imagine there are THREE explosively powerful predictions that all come together for a one of a kind psychic experience delivered in Jay's usual clever style. There is a handling of this effect where the cards CAN be examined and if you watch the extra handling portion of the dvd, you'll see how you can combine elements of two of Jay's handlings to make it so that the deck can be examined. I don't want to give anything away as to how it can be done, but trust me when I tell you, it can be done, making the all around absolute perfect mentalism mind blower. I have FRIED even the most skeptical people with it, and it is SO easy to do.

In my opion, this trick kicks it!! Everything about this trick is perfect. The only thing that I did not like is that the deck cannot be examined, but a deck switch for this trick is incredibly easy!

In my opinion, this is Jay Sankey's BEST effect ever! People go crazy for that one! Everybody gets fooled by that one, EVERYBODY! Easy to perform, it packs small, but plays BIG! Awesome mentalism type effect! Hat's-up to Sankey on that one! One of my personnal favorite ever!
