The Kellar pin-back buttons were created for Phil Temple to be sold during his lecture in England. The Kellar button was to be sold with the small Kellar trick book as a package. Only 300 of the booklets and buttons were made for this lecture. Unfortunately, the date Phil Temple was to board a plane for England, "911" happened and he never left the country. The buttons and Kellar booklets had been in storage since 2001.
