Lippincott Box w/ Lock - Natural

A coin is borrowed and marked by a spectator. The coin is placed in a handkerchief and given to him to hold. Magi now shows a small wooden box that is secured with a padlock. The coin vanishes from the spectator's hand and miraculously appears in the locked box.

Sounds impossible but this really works as described without any skill.
