When you join the MJM Magic affiliate program, you will be supplied with a range of banners and textual links that you place within your site. When a user clicks on one of your links to MJM Magic, their activity will be tracked by our affiliate software. If that user makes a purchase on our website, your account will be credited with a sale (commission).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

To be an authorized affiliate of MJM Magic, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement.

Please read this agreement carefully before registering and using the MJM Magic service as an affiliate. By signing up for the MJM Magic affiliate program, you indicate your acceptance of this agreement and its terms and conditions.

1) All affiliate sales that are earned must be from a third party customer (other than yourself). In other words, you cannot purchase things and also expect to get credit for your own affiliate sale. We only give credit for the sales made by customers that you've referred to us, not on purchases that you yourself make.

2) All payments will be issued as a MJM Magic store credit or PayPal deposit. You may use our store credit as real money in our store, to purchase anything that you desire. This will allow you to essentially get all of your magic supplies for free!

3) We are very serious about our program, and only ACTIVE affiliate accounts will be kept.  We only keep CONSISTENT traffic senders in our program.  Therefore, if your affiliate account cannot send at least 30 visitors a month, it may be deleted.  We think this is more than fair since it only averages to one person a day that you would have to send to our website.  In other words, if you have zero referrals for 29 days, but on the last day of the month, you spike and send 30 people to our store through your affiliate link, then your account is safe.  We're just looking for the magic "30" number per month on our accounts, no matter what days the traffic comes to us.

The only exception to the above rule is if you are making sales.  If you are referring LESS than 30 people a month, but you are making at least one sale per month, then we will consider your account as being ACTIVE and generating revenue, and your account will not be deleted.
