No comment on the actual gimmick, it's new yet not. But I will say it's not only excellent it's also dependable (by my standards).
The handling's are excellent, well thought out & unless one has a physical problem will welcome the subtle yet perfect moves. You get a few routines plus one with ring & rope. These are some of the better moves (to say the least) and includes a Mark Leveridge phase of his staggering routine.
To sum it up, 'only the best ideas, moves & thought' went into Pro-Flite. And needless to say credit abounds. So, why 4 instead of 5 stars? The dvd picture & quality was just fine if not excellent, yet one star had to go for no chapters. It plays straight through like a vhs tape, and with all these great moves & variants, every person would have benefited from this.

No matter, the content is great & MJM was flawless (as usual) in their delivery.
