The magician shows 13 cards of the same suit, for example all spades. One card is freely chosen by spectator and tabled, face up. The backside of the remaining cards is shown to be all red backed. The spectators card on the table is now turned over. This card, however, has a blue back !

A short movement with the red backed cards and the top card changes visibly also into the color blue! Immediately all the cards are shown, having a blue back ! The spectator can see all the cards from both sides.....

A spectator places ANY 2 face-up spot cards on the table the magician removes a joker from his deck and places it face up onto the table as well. The performer mentions that the number 7 is considered a lucky number among Americans, the number 8 is considered a lucky number by the Chinese, but 13 is the performer's lucky number for certain cards in the deck.

The 3 cards are inserted in to 3 DIFFERENT locations in the deck that are chosen BY THE SPECTATOR! (No forcing)

When the deck is spread face-down onto the table, the three face-up cards are removed along with the face down cards that are next to them . The three face-down cards are turned face-up to reveal they are Aces. Finally the final Ace is found with a number than is counted to, again, that the spectator chooses! When the spectator counts down to that number in the deck, the missing Ace is located!

The magician reminds the spectators that 13 worked with certain cards and it is obvious that the certain cards are aces. The magician states that 13 does not work with any other cards of the deck and to prove this point the deck is ribbon spread facer up to reveal every card is blank!

Using a pack of plastic playing cards, a borrowed, lit cigarette is held against the back of one of the cards. The cigarette is then pushed slowly through the card-and it really melts through! Just One of the Effects Possible: The magician shuffles a pack of cards and places two packets into the "Hypno-Paddle" (see graphic). He asks a spectator to cover one eye and stare at the eye on the paddle with his other eye. The magician begins moving cards from one packet to the other until the spectator tells him to stop. Two Card Monte trick

You display two different cards. One is placed behind your back and one is kept face down in front. Every time the audience tries to guess which card is where, the two cards trade places! You can perform it fast or slow, and the spectator can see every step. Yet no one can ever guess correctly!

Perform this minutes after receiving it. Resets instantly. Great for all ages 7 and up.

The Tim Card Poker Deal from Ellis and Webster

The magician explains that he or she is going to play three hands of ten card poker with the spectator. The spectator then freely takes five of the ten cards. Acting as only a good con artist would, the magician allows the spectator to win the first two hands. The spectator's excitement and confidence grows. The magician acts dejected and then desperate and asks the spectator if he can go triple or nothing on the last hand. After some convincing, and possibly some begging, the spectator relents and allows a third hand to be played. The magician then easily defeats the spectator with the last hand dealt, proving magicians never really lose a card game!

A deck of cards is shown on both sides and shuffled. An audience member selects a card which is left in the middle of the deck. With absolutely no moves the magician claims he will cause their selected card to turn over in the deck then shoot out from the front of deck causing no injury or harm to any of those involved.

With just one quick riffle, one face-up card shoots part-way out from the deck. It is their selected card.

The deck is turned over and the selected card is seen to be red as is the rest of the deck. It's turned over again and as the selected card is pushed back into the deck the magician exclaims, "What you just witnessed was nothing more than an illusion! It didn't really happen; it was not real."

He then turns the deck face-up and runs through the entire deck. There are no duplicate cards. There is only one chosen card, also face-up, which is removed from the center of the deck. As he turns the chosen card over, its back is now blue.

The effect is very strong for both laypeople as well as magicians.
