The magician takes out a deck of cards that look quite strange. A red deck of cards inside a red card case is crossed by a blue deck of cards. He pulls out the blue deck and proves it to be a full deck. Then the performer pulls out the red deck from the case, which also turns out to be a full deck of cards.

NOTE: This is meant to be more of a puzzle than a trick. So what's the puzzle? Think about it. If you stack and intertwine two decks of cards together, the thickness of the stack would be too high to fit inside a single card box. How on earth can an entire deck of blue cards be added to a deck of red cards and still fit within a card box?

For those of you familiar with Masuda, you know he is unquestionably one of magic’s greatest innovators. It looks as if he’s done it again!

EFFECT: The magician holds a packet of 16 cards with a joker on top. When the joker is lifted the audience can see a star shaped hole in the corner of all remaining cards. The joker is waved below the deck and can be seen through the hole. The magician then places the joker back on top of the deck. With simply a few magic words, the joker is removed, the cards are restored and all holes are gone! The audience can even examine the packet!

You show a blank card, while spreading out the deck to display the rest of the cards as being regular. They all have faces except the original blank card.

The spectator has a completely free choice to pick and sign a card of their choosing.

They then are allowed to examine both the blank card AND the empty card box.

The magician then shuffles the deck and clearly puts the signed, chosen card back in the middle before shuffling some more.

Then the blank card is placed in the middle of the deck, protruding for half it's length. The deck is then placed in the card box to further rule out any tampering from the magician, while the blank card is still plainly in view.

NOW FOR THE MAGIC! The magician acts like he is going to push the card all the way into the deck, but about halfway through, he turns it around to show you that the blank card has changed to the chosen card in a BLINK OF AN EYE!!!

The spectator is allowed to pick any card from the deck. The magician then directs their attention to a little plastic wallet that has been in plain site the entire time. Inside the wallet is a prediction.

He opens the wallet and inside is a card with the cardboard cut out of it, showing the name of a card. You can clearly see that there is only one prediction card, and that the holes are really there. Of course, it is the wrong prediction and there is no way to change it. Or is there?

By simply flipping the card around, the holes change from the incorrect prediction into that of the spectators! AMAZING VISUAL MAGIC!

You spread out the deck and show that all the cards are different and that there are no duplicates. You have the spectator slide out ANY card that they want while you turn your back. The choice is completely free.

The selected card is placed in the spectator's pocket without looking, so that no one can know what the card is. You then write down his prediction about what you think the card is, and of course, it matches every time!

Keep in mind that the spectator chooses a card from the middle of the deck, with your back turned, and you still guess the card every time!

There are two cards are shown. One is a regular bicycle card and the other is blank on both sides. The magician shows both sides of both cards. Nothing fishy here.

The magician slowly slides the regular card over the blank card. Visibly, the blank card now has a back and the card that had the back is now blank! WOW!

The magician is now holding one blank back card and one blank face card. Next he slides the blank back card over the blank face card and the face visibly transfers.

Here is another strong visual effect from the creative mind of Masuda. You remove a hard plastic wallet from your pocket to show that it is empty. Closing the wallet, it is obvious to the spectator that the wallet is truly empty, as there are five holes going through said wallet, and if anything were in it, it would be visible. The performer shows a picture of a wine bottle and a glass. He then introduces a piece of black paper and a hole puncher. Then he punches a hole in the paper. He picks up a small circular piece dropped from the punch and explains that it looks like a real hole when it is placed on the photograph. Then he makes a magical gesture, the circular piece begins to move by itself. The performer waves his finger under the photo to show that the small piece of paper has turned into a real hole. Spectators can see his finger through the hole. The magicians then actually drags the punched hole to the edge of the picture and then back again if he wishes. Then as a Grande finale he physically removes the dot from the photo altogether! The performer then shows both sides of the photo to prove there is nothing funny about the picture. Effect

A spectator examines a bill and a piece of paper. The magician lays the paper on top of the bill and folds them lengthwise so that the bill is covered by the paper. He takes out an exacto knife and insert its blade between the folded bill. Then he pierces the bill and the paper with the blade. Next, the performer slides the knife to cut the paper and the bill. The paper is actually cut, but the bill is unharmed.
