I rarely take the time to write feedback and to be honest many claim "customer service" but few actually provide "customer satisfaction." Your web site is one of the better ones around, with lots of product information, pictures and competitive pricing. I especially like how you send constant status updates on orders. As a purchaser their is nothing more off putting than not knowing what is happening on an order. Finally, one feature of MJM that I appreciate is when I write a query email regarding a potential purchase MJM almost never fail to reply with some extra information to help the buyer make an informed decision.
