Sometimes we spend lots and more often we don't or can't. But the other day I made what I considered a relatively small purchase. It was an item I was looking forward to.
It arrived, flawed manufacturing to say the least. I emailed MJM & had an RMA in a what we'd call a heartbeat. I sent it back with a note explaining all I saw wrong with how it was put together.
A few days later I get an email with an attachment. Jeff of MJM made a video for me showing the replacement item, asking if this was what I expected...
WOW!!! The time, trouble, and initiative just for me and this one little item amazed me.
In my life my hands have been in near every aspect of business with magic. And I have never, ever, seen anyone take the time and this much care using the technology available, making certain that one single customer was happy and satisfied with what they were getting.
Simply put, MJM has the best customer service that exists anywhere.
