The Envelope Please (DVD and gimmick) by Daytona Magic - Trick

You have a spectator freely select any card. He returns it to the deck and shuffles the cards.

The spectator is then instructed to retrieve an envelope in another location. The selected card is revealed in the envelope by a message that can include the spectator's name.

A second card is selected and is revealed inside an envelope that has been introduced right before the selection.

A third card is picked by the spectator and placed on the table. When the spectator is asked to identify his card he says what he saw. The assistant guesses the right card and either wins a fictitious bet or just appears very smart.
