You display a small box. Slide the little door open, revealing a clock face and a small dial.

Attached to the dial is a knob that allows the dial to be set to any of the hours on the clock face. 

Stepping aside with your back turned, request that a spectator select any hour of the day and turn the dial to that hour. The spectator then closes the door, which completely covers the clock face. There is no way to see the clock face once the door is closed.

Without seeing the face of the clock, you instantly reveal the selected time! No matter which hour is selected, you can repeat this without them ever finding out the secret - and it's completely examinable!
