Wrist Shackle w/Locks

EFFECT: The performer is locked in a metal shackle with attached chains. The chains are tightly padlocked around his wrists. The wrists can be locked as tight as the performer can withstand, the tighter the better. Instantly the performer can escape at will! The padlocks and shackle are completly unharmed and can be completely inspected before and after the escape.
