what are the deminsions on the center ring of these heavy duty Houdini handcuffs and does it have the large chain on it as pictured. is the heavy duty the larger size.

The only dimensions we currently have are the sealed BOX dimensions which are 10.125" x 4.1875" x 0.5". So based on that, we estimate the center ring is probably close to 10" wide. And being the heavy duty model, the chain should be representative of what is pictured.

Do these come with paddle locks?

No, it does not come with the padlocks. You would supply your own.
