A stainless steel restraint comprising of a collar for the neck, and two handcuffs which securely restrain the wrists around the neck.

The performer quickly escapes from these, as both neck collar and handcuffs are cleverly gimmicked. Use an an effect by itself, or in an escape act with other similar props like neck and ankle irons.
