On 20 April 2018 received an effect I ordered, however there were not instructions included. I e-mailed Customer Support and on Saturday (the weekend!) Brandi M. Responded stating she would look into it and get them to me. On Monday, 23 April 2018 I received another email from Brandi with the instructions attached. I feel that this goes above and beyond, especially since she took time out of her weekend to respond, Job Well Done!
