I recently had a problem with a product I bought. I sent off an e-mail and quickly had someone trying to helping me solve the problem. When we couldn't resolve it on my end they had me ship it back. They checked it out and then replaced it. I know that may not be uncommon, but it was the continual updates and personal tone that impressed me.
