Brandi M is AWESUM. QUICK RESPONSE! Was - THOUGHT I was - missing an item. But cuz she PACKED IT HERSELF she knew it was in there - and it WAS. To boot, there was a little handwritten thank-you on the invoice when it arrived. Nice personal touch that just adds to a great all-around performance of EXCELLENT customer care. It's people like that that will keep customers loyal to the company. That and the facts that: 1) I often find items here that no one else has in stock, and 2) they have great prices.
