I wanted to purchase a particular effect with the TIMEBOMB discount but the effect was "Out of Stock". Brandi managed to find one for me. She quickly emailed me and told me to act quickly before it was gone. I logged on immediately and purchased the one she found. She acted in a professional fashion whilst exhibiting a friendly, concerned attitude. Every time that I've dealt with MDM I have been pleased. Today is no exception. Kudos!
