Q. Do these have a white border? Also, do the majority of the cards have regular Bicycle faces?

A. Yes, there is a white border around the backs of the cards. If you look at one of the additional pictures (below the product description), it shows a shot of some of the cards and their faces. You will be able to see what the border looks like, as well as the court cards.
