Typo's may occur on this website. All offers limited to stock on hand or in our supplier warehouses.

Any legal disputes arising over anything related to the sale and purchase of items from MJM Magic will be settled exclusively in the State of California and San Joaquin County. By purchasing with us, you are agreeing to these terms.

Definition of original price, compare at pricing, or regular pricing:

Anything listed as regular pricing, compare at pricing, or original price that may be found on this website is defined as either the original Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price, or the price that we may have had an item listed at prior to reducing its price (if the price has been reduced at all). By listing a manufacturers suggested retail price with a strike through we are not claiming to have ever had a product for sale at the full MSRP. We are simply offering you the customer a comparison to what the manufacturers retail sale price is in comparison to our current sell for price.

Some items found on this website have been discounted, and the current sale price, discounted or otherwise will be displayed as the current sale price.

Many products we acquire are NOT MSRP protected, and those will often be sold immediately at a discounted price to maintain the same price as our competitors. Other items which are MSRP protected will only be discounted if we are liquidating overstock inventory.

We do NOT store any credit card or payment information in our databases.
We do not send unsolicited emails. The only emails you will receive from us are messages pertaining to your order (updates, shipping confirmations, and a follow up message).
