This is a very creative effect. It is not quite impromptu. I, especially, like the structure in that the spectator becomes the "hero" and the magician (apparently) has not influenced the outcome.
The handling is very simple; perhaps just a notch above beginner. But, with enough confidence and comfort interacting with the spectators, it could be classified as self-working.
The instruction is friendly, direct, easy to understand.

For $20.00, I was hesitant to purchase this. That seems a little pricey for a single download trick. However, let me just say that it's money well spent! First off, I was pleasantly surprised to see that the download is over 40 minutes long. (I hate when I buy a download and it's only 5 minutes, or subtitled). This one is clearly explained, in a number of different ways, and you will have no problems understanding how to perform this very quickly.

Second of all, this can be done with any deck that you use, so it's not like you have to use only Bicycle brand cards. Not to mention, the Other Brothers teach you a way to gaff a card in order to make this even more of a "hands off" miracle, but that's not necessary if you don't want to use it.

I don't know how many other $20.00 downloads I'm going to purchase, but this one definitely was worth every penny, and I'll be adding this Poker Trick to my regular rotation.

Very good trick. They explain how to do it multiple ways, depending on if you want to use a gimmick or not. Either way, very easy to perform and understand. The patter and presentation is what sells this one, and it's hard to imagine anyone figuring out how it's done.

I love poker, and anyone who likes gambling is going to appreciate this one. Since the spectator is the one who both shuffles and deals the cards, it's very hard (ie IMPOSSIBLE) for anyone to think that you (the magician) were in control. 5 stars.

This trick is GREAT! To be honest, the demo trailer doesn't do it justice. The teaching is very good (almost an HOUR'S worth of instruction), and the effect is amazing.

At first I thought, there is NO WAY that the spectator can riffle shuffle the deck and still deal out these two hands of cards (Full House vs Straight Flush)......but it's true! The Other Brothers have come up with a gem in this trick!

    • Q. Is this trick appropriate for a beginner?
    • A. Let us answer it another way. To us, a "beginner" trick is either self working, or requires minimal sleight of hand. This trick is ALMOST both of those. So while we wouldn't say it's a beginner trick (meaning a 5 year old probably couldn't do it), we do not consider it the next skill level up (which is intermediate). But there are no complicated sleights involved, and the handling you do as the magician is pretty minimal.
